Dear Valencia Lakes Fitness Members,

 

Some members recently received an automated email from WellnessLiving advising that a Valencia Lakes POA account statement was available. We would like to clarify that this was a system-generated WellnessLiving notification and was not an intended communication from Valencia Lakes Management.

 

No action is required in response to this email.

 

Upon becoming aware that these notifications had been generated, Management reviewed the issue and identified the system setting that permitted the emails to be sent. That setting has been disabled.

 

We are continuing to work directly with WellnessLiving to confirm that these automated account statement notifications remain disabled and that no additional communications of this nature are generated.

 

Please note that this issue does not change your existing Fitness account, membership, package, or payment arrangements with Valencia Lakes. Members should continue using WellnessLiving and the Fitness program in the same manner as they have previously.

 

We apologize for the confusion this unexpected communication may have caused and appreciate those members who brought it to our attention.
