Temporary Front Desk Closure – Monday, July 20, 2026
 

 

This is a reminder that the Front Desk will be closed on Monday, July 20, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. while staff conducts its annual hurricane and disaster preparedness training.

 

During this time, staff will complete a walkthrough of the clubhouse amenities, softball complex, and gate systems to review emergency procedures and ensure preparedness in the event of a hurricane or other emergency.

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important annual training. The Front Desk will reopen at 12:30 p.m.

Please be advised that the new all-way stop at the South Gate intersection of Cape Stone Avenue, Emerald Blossom Boulevard, and Coral Springs Boulevard has been installed and is now in effect.

 

All drivers exiting the South Gate are now required to come to a complete stop before proceeding through the intersection. As this is a new traffic pattern, we ask all residents and guests to use extra caution, remain alert for cross traffic, and allow additional time as everyone becomes familiar with the new intersection.
