Need Help Installing Your Tag?

Click HERE for step-by-step instructions on how to properly install your Headlight or Side View Mirror RFID Tag.

Please review the guide carefully before applying the tag to ensure correct placement and optimal performance.

Residents who own a Hyundai Tucson, we have identified a solution for the placement of RFID stickers for the new AE/Cellgate system. The RFID sticker should be affixed to either the passenger-side fog light or the underside of the passenger-side mirror.

An example image showing proper placement is available below.

Locating RFID Decal Numbers

Quick Note: If you contact or email us regarding RFID decals and we ask for your RFID decal number, we are referring to the number printed directly on the right side of the RFID decal (see example circled below).

Providing this number helps us quickly locate and assist with your RFID record.

CellGate Gate Tips
  • QR codes must be used directly from the original message or mobile wallet. Screenshots will not work.
  • Single-use PIN codes and QR codes are valid only at the Main Visitor Gate.
  • One-time access codes cannot be used at the North or South Gates.
  • When using the kiosk to call a resident, calls are limited to 1 minute.
  • A warning will play at 45 seconds, indicating 15 seconds remaining before the call ends.
  • For food delivery, rideshare, or service providers, ensure your first and last name and correct phone number are listed so the kiosk can reach you.
  • Residents may also issue a one-time PIN code to share directly with their guest or delivery driver.
  • Vehicles with multiple RFID stickers (old and new systems) may experience access issues—only one active RFID sticker should be used per vehicle, as directed by management.
  • Always approach the gate slowly and allow the system to fully process your access before proceeding.
