Zone 3 is expected to be completed by Friday, August 21. Zones 4 and 5 are currently postponed until further notice while Management works with Royal Tide to confirm the next start date, tentatively Saturday, August 22 or Monday, August 24.

Royal Tide will begin the community-wide pressure washing project on Monday, August 17. The project is expected to take approximately 10–12 days, weather permitting, and has been divided into five work zones. Each zone is anticipated to take one to two days to complete. Residents are reminded that street parking will not be permitted during their zone's scheduled work dates and should ensure all vehicles are parked completely within their driveways.
